Well, I actually thought that I had heard about every scam going on in our world but, oh boy, was I completely wrong on that point!
Let me fill you all in on the most ridiculous one so far:
Yesterday, my Apple Car Play device ‘beeped’ in our car, cheerily announcing through the car’s audio in an awfully tinny Google voice, this message:
‘EVRI: Sorry to miss you! We had a parcel to deliver but no one was present to receive it. Click the link to rearrange this delivery and pay the redirection fee.’
‘Huh’ precisely.
