You hit the nail on the heard with this though. When your head is full with all these things, they simply add to pressures & stress. The best solution is to talk about what you are thinking, feeling - get it out of your head before you become overloaded with negative emotions. I believe these 'ramblings' as you call them are important as they are part of you. If you don't purge them then you will not be able to carry out normal activities in the long run...
