We can only do what we can to help us manage any situations that arise and cause from traumas.

I don't think personal trauma can be disconnected from social trauma. It's the later that causes the former. PTSD often goes undiagnosed but can have serious effects on quality of life. I'm learning to accept that trauma is a part of my life, but something I wish to control. Although this isn't related to this story, I've written another new story and submitted to Creative Passions just now.

We can only do what we can to help us manage any situations that arise and cause from traumas. The problem is that the mental health services need to desperately ramp up their support netorks.
