For many years, space administrations have debated over, planned, and carried out many viability tests when it has come to building a human colony amongst the stars. What’s really going on?

Speaking at the Starmus science and arts festival in Trondheim, Norway, he argued that interstellar travel (impossible with today’s technology) should be a definite long-term aim, in the next 200 to 500 years if it is to survive.

That statement was said back in 2017 so,2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ - 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ years from that point will land us somewhere between the years of 2217 and 2517.

Not sure about you but I don’t reckon I’ll still be around then🤣!

Unless of course, cryogenic freezing suddenly becomes the ‘in thing,’ and everyone wants to sleep right up until then?
