“Always laugh when you can, it is cheap medicine.”
Lord Byron.

This quote is very much a focus for everybody across the world today because it underpins the way in which mental health wellness can be supported in its most basic form known to humanity.

Of course, this approach does not work for everything that causes upsets as your journey through life, each person is individual and therefore responds in many varied ways but, if you are feeling a little down in the dumps, laughter can be just enough sometimes to shut-off the tide of negative emotions that can come crashing down on you and make you feel worse.

Sadly though, prescription medication may well be needed when the ‘laughter medicine’ comes to a flat-out stop.
