This is exactly what I remember about the days when I was running- but hmm… I wasn’t running naked…

Either way, I think running without technology dictating your runs sometimes is probably a good thing. Running ‘naked’ so to speak — just by feel — by RPE or ‘rate of perceived exertion’.
