This is exactly what happens every time the weather is nice here in Bournemouth too.

They gridlock village streets while searching for parking spaces. Jam up busy sidewalks by stopping to take selfies. Jaywalk mid-block into heavy traffic, without looking both ways, and even up from their phones.
