Thank you Abdelrahman. Writing and editing helps me get through each day as it helps to keep me focused when the pain gets bad, and I can't walk too far.

I usually don't start scheduling hourly blocks until 10:00 Monday through Friday, then I have 20-minute blocks between each hour, which gives me some space to exercise my limbs a bit more frequently through the day, but I stop for the day at 18:20. After 1820 for Mondays and Fridays, I am editing for the Shortform.

Saturdays and Sundays I don't schedule as I leave these days free to relax and I have a home gym where I can do physiotherapy planned exercise or go out into the local area with my wife.
