So This Is What Happens With Epic Technology Research

It’s strange because I actually believed it was a test of survival

Certainly not television surfing that’s for sure.

“Humanity has the stars in its future, and that future is too important to be lost under the burden of juvenile folly and ignorant superstition.”

Isaac Asimov azquotes.

This question was brought up in The_Byte,’ July 22, 2024, which really raised my eyebrow, making me laugh out loud was this, ‘trapped in a small but high-tech habitat, stranded on a cold desert world completely alien to our own, what would you do to decompress after a laborious day of scientific fact-finding and on-foot exploration?’

So, what do you think the crew of the CHAPEA (Crew Health and Performance Exploration Analog) experimental mission do to take the weight off their feet, and wind down at night?

They sit down and watch television!!

Yes, you did read that right… they sit down and watch television!!

I’m sorry but, I have to say this, “did IQs just drop overnight?”

Take a couple of minutes to pour yourself a strong coffee before you consider the ridiculous nature of this.
