Same approach here with me too.

If I want to clear the cobwebs in my mind, the best way I can do that is by writing. Like reading, which I once did very quickly and efficiently, writing is slower now, but in many ways, it is deeper and fuller. There is no pressure to do anything other than share a narrative. Wisdom tells me that is plenty.

Same approach here with me too. I could write quickly and knock out a good fair few every day but, now sometimes it can take 2-3 days to publish it finally but, the end product is so very worth it,
