Oh my God this is simply deplorable to read about, that they do this. It so very sadly appears that, because of all those years that many simply 'played' the system abused it, that every honest and law-abiding citizens are being punished and treated just like those who 'played' the system. After 32 years working as a nurse, I am ashamed and disgusted with the way they treat us. The'd be the first ones to come to us when they were ill and needed support, but all this simply proves that they don't care at all.
