Parking rage is far too common these days. Most drivers experience frustration & anger in congested parking facilities most days at busy times. The absence of positive mental well-being whilst being in control of a vehicle approximately three tons of steel MUST be handled or it will bubble up from inside of you, storming into the open as a hostile or aggressive act to either those in the vehicle with you at the time or wrongly (and very inappropriately perilously get directed straight toward other drivers.

Once you express anger or hostility towards others, you have lost control of the situation because you never know how the other is going to react. Learning not to lose control of your emotions through expressions of anger, you will retain control over the situation, along with keeping safe control of your vehicle too.
