Money Talks about Mental Health Balances. We Need It, But At What Cost To Us?

Mental health when it adversely affects our day-to-day lives can override simple tasks that we all take for granted, such as using money to buy items.

As most of my readers will know by now, I prefer to put my own pictures in my articles wherever possible, I know though at times though I will have to use a stock image from ‘Unsplash but, alongside my writing, this gives me an opportunity to fiddle with my camera too which is another hobby of mine.

So here’s a picture of some loose change… combined with the title I am certain that I do not need to mention that this is about money!?

But just money, no (wow that would be boring wouldn’t it?)

So, what about money, and mental health?
