For myself this has always been quite a provocative saying. I have even used it and heard it spoken by many of my co-workers over the years that I’ve worked in the field of psychiatry.

It can provide comfort for many, as a scope for opening the door to new challenges and new beginnings for those in distress & pain, when needed the most. Providing relaxation where it is wanted.

Why?
