…s things like maintenance and repairs, so ultimately they are responsible if things are getting done. I've done everything reasonably possible with this contractor, communicated, and was abused by them, and not willing to put up with that. I've asserted my boundaries and rights, to get reasonable notification and be treated with respect. I'm not going to be a scapegoat. I'm a paying tenant and my landlord can sort this out with them, and make sure I get notice, etc if the company is treating me like that.
Yes, simple decent communication doesn't seem to be their style, however!
