It was the most disgusting act of racism I have ever come across. I have been a mental health nurse for 30 years in the UK, so I have needed to restrain those who were mentally ill or violent but, this copper was utterely dipraved- a total disgrace to his profession. All in those professionals we trust. the public NEVER deserve this type of appaling treatment.
