Indeed, having a seizure many times causes the bowel and bladder to muscles to relax, which can greatly cause embarrassment for the sufferer. It isn't a pleasant experience for anyone. And like not being able to drive worsens those feelings - I was going to work at the local hospital once (when I hadn't learned to drive at that point) and a young women had a seizure on that bus. Everyone just stared it was disgusting to see them do that. I shouted to the driver to redirect and get to the hospital excluding the rest of his route, and then made her comfortable whilst it was happening. The rest of the passengers well, they just turned away when they saw me help.
