I understand what you say here, it seems that there is a problem whereby people seem to think that it's the end of the world, if you don't want kids but, it's not. It's a perfectly acceptable, and a choice to decide you don't want any. I was a psychiatric nurse for 32 years until I ended up with Covid. Ok, my wife and I had four kids, and I was a stepdad to her two from her last relationship but, with all of them adults now and after Covid, I still have to have regular rest everyday, so it has to be quiet - I'm glad they are older now because of the peace and freedom that them being away from home now affords us.
I can see why many choose to not want them, and that's perfectly acceptable.
