I remember hearing about that too. A relative of my wife was at the arena when the attack took place, she got out with cuts and shards in her from the blast but physically she is well now. Sadly though, not so her mental health - she suffers PTSD now, and is too scared to go to any event anymore.

Like you, I keep asking the same question, why, the court hearing listed CCTV issues amongst others such as some of the police having left their posts to go and get kebabs but, there can never be any excuses after such a devastating event. I really don't understand it.
