I have a treadmill at home for exactly the same reason too; they’re brilliant but so tiring!

My left leg is kinda weak so I lose my balance without a walker. I am NOW USING THE TREADMILL to strengthen my left leg to get back a regular gate in my walking. The treadmill has handles so I can walk a lot without falling.
I’m on a mission🏃‍♀️to walk again!
