Hi Kathy.
To add a kicker, Mover your cursor in front of the first word of the title, and press 'ENTER,' to add a new line above the title, then writer 2-3 words as a kicker in capitals (on that line above the title) then highlight those 2-3 words, and press the little 't' function. This will now add your kicker. Hope this helps?
