Have I Really Written That Much?

Time sure does fly by in a year when you look back at how you have progressed with your writing. What about you?

“Time is free, but it’s priceless. You can’t own it, but you can use it. You can’t keep it, but you can spend it. Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back.”

Harvey Mackay.

Sitting down at my computer writing this, I never really gave much thought to just what we think about what time really means to us until I realized that I had only been writing on medium for under 1️8 months up until this present moment.

But in those months passed, I have amassed over 1.3K followers and have published 502 articles to date, meeting some truly pleasant people on this platform.

I began it as an attempt to ‘usefully’ occupy my time.

As I had plenty of it.

Certainly, once Covid-19 had dropped on me, I came out of the hospital discovering that I was no longer able to sustain work anymore.

The world of writing opened up my ability to free the imagination that was within me, scrambling to escape from its confines within.
