Haikus And Sonnets

Space and time for us all

Image created by the author in CANVA.

Space is vast and dark

We explore the unknown stars

Seeking adventure

Farewell to Earth

A new world awaits us

We hope for the best

Space travel is a noble quest

To seek out new worlds and new life

To boldly go where none have gone before

To learn and grow and face the test

But space travel is also fraught with strife

With dangers, hardships, and unknowns galore

With loneliness, isolation, and boredom

With sacrifices, risks, and loss of life

Yet space travelers do not succumb

To fear or doubt or despair They persevere and overcome

With courage, faith, and care

They are the pioneers of our age They are the heroes of our stage

In space, no one hears

The sound of the stars shining

Silent beauty reigns.
