CLIMATE

Focus On The Weather. The Survival Of Humanity Is At Risk.

Is the human species at risk of a mass extinction event?

Earth has been home to our human ancestors for around six million years so far but humanity as we understand it today, has only been around for 200,000 years; civilization as we know it has only been around for 6,000 of those years.

The big question to ask ourselves though is, “but for how much longer?”

Earth’s climate is drastically changing and not for the better, but for the worse.

How much longer will it be before humanity itself suffers the catastrophic effects of an extinction-level event?

Here is an earlier article I wrote back in the summer of 2022, detailing actions taken by the meteorological society activating a level-2 health alert for Britain below, rising to level-3 in some areas.
