We all need a break at some point and now is the time to say thank you

When you experience gratitude, you feel grateful for something or someone in your life and respond with feelings of kindness, warmth, and other forms of generosity.”
As an owner of four publications here on Medium and someone who has been a psychiatric nurse for 32 years before I caught COVID-19 in 2020, I have always learned that being grateful and thankful to others where deserved, is a truly special gift to hold on to.
