A true but sad point.

And as for enforcement against the issue — while a certain amount of rage could yield legal action, it’s a difficult thing to govern. No one is getting charged for flipping off a fellow driver unless that driver is a police officer.

A true but sad point. I’ve never completely understood those that engage in road rage, I see it all too often in the UK - it’s totally senseless
